Before you text

What makes a box worth buying

You don’t have to be sure — send the photo either way and we’ll sort it out. But these are the things we check.

Sealed and unopened. The factory seal or box flap still intact.
Six months or more left. The further out the expiration date, the more we can pay.
Original retail box. Pharmacy labels are usually fine — just include them in the photo.
Stored at room temperature. No water stains, crushing, or heat damage.

What we can’t use

Opened or partly used boxes, damaged or crushed boxes, and anything past its expiration date. If you’re not sure which side of the line yours falls on, send the photo and we’ll tell you.
